Hi and welcome to Your Food Life’s blog pages. We have decided to start YFL as a space to talk about a multitude of topics: food, health, fitness amongst other important life topics and the marketing of a healthy lifestyle 😉 We are a family that is really passionate about food and good living, something that has been passed down from generation to generation, so we are really excited to share that with you and hear your thoughts on all food/life matters.

Although my first love was persian food (and as such will always be close to my heart), I have a bit of an adventurous spirit when it comes to food. I love to travel, try different foods and even take cooking classes in whichever countries I could. I’m not an expert, but I really enjoy experimenting and I certainly know when I’ve stumbled on something good and I plan to share it with you when I do.

My first priority in cooking is taste, but having said that I do have a great interest in how food affects your health and am biased to everything plant-based. So I will definitely be discussing good foods, how to use them, what I have learned and would be interested to hear how you incorporate health into your everyday food life.
