Kale Chips

These are very easy to make and kale is good for you :-)

  1. Wash, dry your kale and remove the stem. Cut into bit size pieces (the size of chips!)
  2. Toss the entire bunch in 1 tbsp oil. Add a bit of salt, but beware not to add too much as kale is already full of flavour and does not really need much salt. Evenly sprinkle 1 tbsp of cumin and pepper to taste, toss. Feel free to add any spices that you like to give it some kick like cayenne or chile chipotle.
  3. Bake in a single layer at 350 for 10 to 15 min. The kale should get crispy, but should not turn brown. Enjoy!
